Cancellation Policy for Recurring Subscriptions
Cancellation of a recurring subscription, including but not limited to the Basic, Basic Expanded, Premium, Premium Expanded, VIP, VIP Plus and VIP Expanded Memberships, can be made at any time before the next billing date. For immediate processing of cancellation, please visit www.paypal.com and log in to your account, then find the invoice pertaining to your subscription and click the "Cancel Subscription" button. Once you have done this and you have a received a notice of this change, you will no longer be charged.
Shipping
Domestic orders: Domestic orders are usually shipped within 24 - 48 hours of receipt of the order. There are instances where orders will be delayed beyond the stated time and the customer will be advised accordingly. Domestic customers generally receive their orders within 3 - 5 business days of mailing.
International Orders: International Customers will generally receive their orders in 4 - 7 business days. If you have not received your order within the stated time, please send an email to mail@dancehallremix.com with your transactions ID # and email address.
Return/Exchange Policy
World Class Customer service is our utmost importance and we want to make sure that our Fans, supporters, customers are 100% satisfied.
If you receive a defective item, please send us an email at mail@dancehallremix.com please put "DEFECTIVE ITEM" in the subject line to notify us that you had an issue with the item. Please include your transaction ID #, Order #, your email address, and name of the defective item.
Once we have the details and have confirmed your previous order, we will mail out your replacement CD (Please return the defective product). To ensure you the client are receiving the best service by returning the "Defective Item" it helps us to determine the root causes and eliminate future mishaps. If you had selected the download option and files were incomplete or corrupted, we will reset your download and make it available to you.

Returns are based upon a case by case basis. We will not refund returned products that have been damaged or that are in non-working order because of mishandling during the return shipment or because of misuse due to abuse, neglect, mishandling, faulty assembly, alteration, modification, power surge, or other damages attributable as acts of nature. There are no refunds on digital downloads. However we will work with you on addressing your concerns
